About the Event
Behavior problems can be a significant barrier to effective instruction and positive outcomes in classroom and therapeutic settings for the individual and their classmates. Understanding what these behavior problems are communicating and the reasons they continue are essential to remediating those concerns. In this session participants will be introduced to basic behavioral principles, applications and strategies that can be implemented in the classroom to promote positive engagement and management of behavioral challenges.
